    Mr. Aravind Kumar Narasimha Marur

    Aravind Kumar Marur Narasimha is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with over 30 years of experience in leadership, governance, and strategic oversight. He has held senior executive roles, including General Manager at the State Bank of India and Managing Director & CEO of SBI Global Factors Ltd., where he led key initiatives in general banking, credit risk, international trade finance, and organizational transformation. 

    He holds a Postgraduate degree with Honors from BITS Pilani, a Law degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad, CAIIB certification from the Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai, and has completed the Customer Focus and Leadership Programme at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

    Mr. Pradeep Kumar Pujari

    Independent Director

    P.K. Pujari, a Postgraduate in Economics, joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1981, serving in the Gujarat Cadre. He held several key positions during his career, including Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Power from 2015 to 2017. Following his retirement, he served as Chairman of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) for five years. 

    Currently, he is a Member of the Advisory Board of the India Energy and Climate Center (IECC) at the Goldman School of Public Policy, UC Berkeley, and a Distinguished Fellow at FSR Global. He also serves as an independent director on the boards of several companies.

    Ms. Neelam Sanghi

    Smt. Neelam Sanghi, an Ex Indian Civil Servant from the Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) batch-1989, has nearly 40 years of experience in key government ministries and public sector roles. She has served in senior positions such as FA&CAO in Indian Railways, Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Department of Posts and Telecommunications, Director (Finance) in Civil Aviation, and Additional CPFC at EPFO. Her expertise spans governance, public finance, infrastructure, IT, and banking. 

     She holds a postgraduate degree in Governance and Development from IDS, Sussex (UK), a Mathematics (Hons.) degree from LSR College, Delhi University, and a diploma in Public Administration from Punjab University. Her accolades include the SAP ACE Award, SKOCH Gold Award, and Northern Railway GM’s Award.
